The classic business transformation model

Reframe

Reframing is the shifting of an organisation's conception of what it is and what it can achieve.

It creates a compelling new vision of the future, mobilise the organisation behind it, and build a measurement system to track its performance against expectations.

Restructure

Restructuring involves redesigning the value chain and organisation in alignment with its strategy and in accordance with its new business model.

Revitalise

Revitalisation is about igniting growth through revitalising the value proposition, inventing new business and changing the rules through information technology.

Renew

Renewal deals with the people side of the transformation, with the rewards system, individual learning and developing the organisation.
